St. John Phillips Medical Licenses. 1819.

The St. John Phillips Medical Licenses, 1819, consist of two documents. The first, dated August 13, 1819, is a letter from the committee of the Medical Society of South Carolina issuing its approval to grant a license to St. John Phillips. The second item, dated December 19, 1819, is the license itself.
